My daughter (age 15) has been working with Randolph for 3.5 years and with his help, she has grown exponentially as a player, a teammate and personally. Aside from incredible changes in general form on the court, speed, acceleration, ball handling, shot mechanics and finishing he goes the extra steps to make her a better teammate, increase her basketball IQ and always pushes her not to settle for mediocre. Her confidence and mental toughness have grown more than I could have ever hoped for. Randolph always pushes her to be as perfect as she is capable of being while always being a supportive coach. She looks forward to every opportunity to continue training with him.

Thank you Coach Randolph for EVERYTHING that you have done throughout the years. Since we met in 7th grade, you have helped to define me as a player. I have come to appreciate the hard work we have put in to increase my skills and confidence. This hard work ultimately paved the way for me to become a varsity starter on my high school team. Besides the ball handling, shooting, speed and agility, I most appreciate your helping me become the person I am today. As I enter my college years, I will draw from all of the conversations that we have had and remember the life lessons that you have taught me.
Thank You Randolph for being my coach and mentor.

I’ve been training with Randolph for about four years now, and the amount of progress I’ve gained is extraordinary. He was able to tailor our skill workouts specifically based on my strengths and weaknesses to elevate my game to greater levels. Randolph sets himself apart from other skill trainers not only by his training regimen, but his emphasis on the mental aspect of basketball. Not only does Randolph do skill training, but also is experienced in personalized conditioning/weight training. In these four years, we’ve been able to elevate my game to compete at the collegiate level thanks to constant encouragement and the desire to always be better than I was before.

My son has been training with Randolph for the past five years and, during that time, he has been an invaluable asset in my sons development as a player and success with basketball. Randolph fosters an encouraging and motivating environment that tailors on developing tangible skills that translate onto the court. Additionally, Randolph is always challenging my son by incorporating new skills in order to make him a better all around player.
I highly recommend Randolph for developing a strong foundation in basketball

My son and I first met Randolph Jackson about five (5) years ago at a gym. From the moment we met him, I knew that I wanted him to be a part of my son’s growth as an athlete and a person. In the past five years, Randolph has trained my son in both basketball and personal training. Adjectives I would use to describe Randolph as a trainer are kind, caring, humble, respectful, reliable, innovative, motivating and knowledgeable. My son’s basketball skills have transformed from average to way above average thanks to Randolph’s training. His physique has also transformed thanks to Randolph’s encourage for him to push himself, strive to succeed and improve each and every time they work out together. Most importantly, Randolph has helped my son become a better, more well-rounded person, teammate, and student. In a nutshell, hiring Randolph and having be a part of my son’s training has been one of the greatest gifts I could have given him. Thank you, Randolph, for not only being an amazing trainer but for being a great friend and human being

I have known Randolph for a year and a half. Over that time he has enhanced my basketball skills far beyond what I thought I was capable of. Even after my first lesson, I knew he was knowledgeable in his craft and would be able to help me succeed both on and off the court. This past summer, he continued to improve my ball handling and shooting while introducing me to group sessions where I learned the importance of playing with better players and game-like reads. All in all, he held me accountable and as a result helped me make my JV team.
He teaches and made me a believer in the value of hard work and consistency.
