Our primary responsibility is to develop exercise prescriptions to improve the performance of our competitive athletes, and individuals who want to live a healthier lifestyle. We execute strategies that include on and off the field performance and individual achievements. Keeping personal goals in focus we strive to help each individual, student-athlete, or team to reach their maximum potential.
Strength
Design, implement and supervise sport-specific training programs for all boys' and girls' athletic teams.
Make sure safety and proper skills and techniques are being taught
Assists in ensuring the enhancement of the physical and mental development of student-athletes and individuals through the establishment of specific training programs and activities to increase their performance.
Assess individuals bodily strength and weakness to create a customize workout
