 Our primary responsibility is to develop exercise prescriptions to improve the performance of our competitive athletes, and individuals who want to live a healthier lifestyle. We execute strategies that include on and off the field performance and individual achievements. Keeping personal goals in focus we strive to help each individual, student-athlete, or team to reach their maximum potential.

Strength

Design, implement and supervise sport-specific training programs for all boys' and girls' athletic teams.

  • Make sure safety and proper skills and techniques are being taught

  • Assists in ensuring the enhancement of the physical and mental development of student-athletes and individuals through the establishment of specific training programs and activities to increase their performance.

  • Assess individuals bodily strength and weakness to create a customize workout
